The Obamacare waiver process gets challenged and out of control, Obamacare mandates extend out in time. Medicaid will ease itself out, unsustainable at the state level. Cuts in federal education dollars. HSR gone. Elimination of guaranteed pension across state and local contracts. Tea Party holding firm for District Earmarks.
