Is the Universe delusional?

The equivalent question from spacetime is Will we collapse or continue expanding?
That has changed.  Either the universe will get increasing complex as it distributed the bulge, and eventually reaches perfect self understanding with a Shannon lock?  No, that is a violation of equipartition, there must be motion to maintain quantization. (Hawking radiation bit error is a must have, it seems)

The universe must forever ponder itself about some typical theory.  The theory of physics is always under construction by the universe, but is always seem damn close.  It runs in amber I think.
