Shall we break up the Monetary Union

Bloomberg says we can't, we cannot make money without the Fed's hand holding. We just had Lockyer Dollars two years ago in California. Making money works better if the armed Treasury agents went away. The European Common market operated on separate currencies.  Congress can tax in the various currencies.
