It is a couple of things, the first being a stab at VMware. This technology is yet another layer, but a better layer as the soft3ware is stacked up. Mainly, if you want to support muktipe operating system on one machine, then you can present he hardware on a more bare basis, and and let each OS keep their driver code. That is a short hand idea. Oe more layer, but a better organization of layers over all.
What does it mean to the semantic processor? I can get a third party B Tree, built to operate closer to the hardware. That is, my B Tree can appear to Windows 8 like a complete OS, with its own drivers. So the B Tree manager sits much closer to hardware, the grammar is sped up. But, you know, hardly noticeable. I mean, the technology of the semantic processor, fast intelligent, but it will turn a smart phone into a wireless server. It has such great utility, comes with its own security, and its own layer; it runs anywhere.
