Treason in the FISA courts

But The Washington Post reported late Friday night that the court that approved the warrant was aware at the time that the dossier's production was politically motivated.

The whole point of FISA judges was to screen out politically motivated warrants.  But when a majority of voters agree to politically spy on the minority, which appears to be the intent of the FISA judge, then that is justification for disunion.
