Our ten year rate stays as low as possible as long as oil exports are high enough.
If Texas and the frackers cannot export oil then we will not survive the California collapse and rebuild. This is a been there done that, and the California unions will not take the chance on a wild eyed Green New Deal that threatens oil exports. The Teachers Union is not that dumb. This too shall pass.
I would bet none of the Next New Green Deal supporters has looked at this chart of oil exports.
