Growing liberal rebellion threatens to doom Senate infrastructure talks

Imbalances between NY and the Swamp are big right now with NY robbed of its tax base.  Californians discovering that government is a corridor.

Bottom line issue, where are the checks. Everyone wants another round of checks to rebalance. The permanent round of check passing should address the problem, revenue sharing allows better hedging of the government corridor.
