Such stock is issued by an active domestic C corporation, and it is most often found in the hands of very wealthy investors.
We now are stuck with too wealthy to fail syndrome. That is a sudden stop and will cause sudden Nixon Shock. Wealth can hire all the 'This time is different' econs who pretend to compound our way out of the mess. It will not work, they are beginning to get tiny clues about this problem.
