Will the Federal Reserve Support Inclusive Prosperity?

The Fed collects about 1.5% to 2% in banking fees from the middle class to support their 100 billion a year remits to Congress. Lael Brainard seems fairly ignorant about the problem, and I doubt the large annual Treasury remits will make up for the problem.  

Whatever she is thinking, it is likely to make matters worse.
