Twice, in fact. Nancy does not like revenue sharing, or she was badly advised. Maybe this was all about the new kids, letting them screw up a bit. Maybe it was the delusional Californians.
Someone failed to understand, the government sector is a supply chain. The Dems are better to take revenue sharing cash and direct their home governments to spend it according to their wishes.
The government in California gives it to the unions, yes, I get it. But I am not a union man and no Dem will take my advice. But they should at least know that supply chains need a grease job now and then.
