Putin will concede Kiev but wants to keep part of the east

 Putin got the word, the logistics in Russia collapse before the three weeks needed to get supplies to Kiev. This is boiling down to a typical Ruskie land grab. But Putin has seen his domestic limits, he has less than three weeks.
