There is the election but there is also the feeling in Gavin that some things do not work.
Some of these teacher union stunts seem to backfire. The two tiered pension reform is not ideal. California cannot afford another five year tax battle. And California has the bullwhip something fierce. Our diversity policies look a lot like freak shows.
Gavin has a delayed sense of logic. Delayed in that Jerry tried to get in front of the blunders before they reached his desk. Gavin always seems a few IQ points late for dinner.
