In defense of Al

Sexual assault in a job interview is one thing, but rehearsing lines between a comedian with a reputation for off-color humor and, as she mentions in her own account, "a model familiar to the audience from the covers of FHM, Maxim and Playboy" to perform in front of an audience of lonely young men is a place with much more blurry lines. It is easier to understand how signals could get crossed in that context than in a tony New York restaurant or a board room.

Off color comic, a bit of an ass, on plane with fellow performers for an ISO show. There will be ad libbing and rehearsing, and one expects it to be a bit rude. Further details in the show indicate  Al is doing some sophisticated, off color, rudeness, and the parody is about sexism itself.  Give the guy a friggen break and bitch about ass patting instead.

We can be more specific.  Standard particle physics are the algebraic laws of physics written in a momentum, position algebraic substrate.

Information is another algebraic substrate, but purely mathematical.  It is the ideal substrate for quantized process that obey 'spherical' conservation, they locally approximate a spherical surface.

Scott is right, the former is likely contained in the set of relations available from the latter. But it is not a great help because engineers need an algebra of position and momentum.

The bridge from an Information View to a Quantum Mechanical view is the construction of grammars that are representation of typical sequences. Look at how the atomic orbitals are sequenced in the periodic table.  They can be represented as grammars built from generators. The grammar spreads out the possible outcomes so the message are compact.

My guess, let us see the detail. It is all a great idea, don;t get me wrong.  But they are doing the age old problem of allowing random access to the database while maintaining consistency.

I think their is a proof. Any solution to the conflict can be mapped into a single arbiter with timeout.  The aggregate blockchain(s) ganged is the single arbiter, but they want to avoid that, the timeout is way too large.

Hence the need for the single arbiter drives then to SGX, which can guarantee that a arbitrary set of arbiters will use the same, honest protocol with verification. That reduces the problem to one of counterfeit prevention, creating the exact, digital  duplicate of the bank note, bound to silicon and charge not cellulose and ink.

Everyone forgets, the first few months of the administration was about getting the special prosecutor.  Prior to that the issue was candidate Trump hotels.  Mechanically, there is no space to fit in a Nixon style conspiracy. You can get Trump for bribery, as a candidate, I suppose, or fraud with the campaign money. But you also get most of the Swamp on that.

It is almost mechanically impossible for Trump to have left a post inauguration crime trail. Besides, Trump tweets his misdemeanors as he commits them, one hardly needs a Mueller.
