Flynn cannot know about a cover up, he left the administration early. Flynn cannot know about a foreign conspiracy, except the conspiracy to sell hotels.
Everyone forgets, the first few months of the administration was about getting the special prosecutor. Prior to that the issue was candidate Trump hotels. Mechanically, there is no space to fit in a Nixon style conspiracy. You can get Trump for bribery, as a candidate, I suppose, or fraud with the campaign money. But you also get most of the Swamp on that.
It is almost mechanically impossible for Trump to have left a post inauguration crime trail. Besides, Trump tweets his misdemeanors as he commits them, one hardly needs a Mueller.
