The ten year yield will not budge higher

Like it has an upper bound, as if the debt advisory committee was a spreadsheet function, like the Avogadro's number for Congress.  So stable I am going to consult my British astrophysicist, it may be our ,multiverse constant. What is the singularity going to think when it sees that?
