It is Compton bandwidth, not frequency

One of the things I had mention before, I always had trouble with Compton wavelength, they go as the inverse,. But my problem, I knew, was that Compton seemed to be missing the multiple orders of definition, the lines of symetry was collapsed into a scalar.

Packed Nulls provide the center frequncy for a separable spectrum, and in turn are stable over a specific bandwidth of phase, enough bandwidth to make the sphere minimum phase. It is one of those things that happened when physicists dropped dimensionality in their measurements. The correct forumla:

Mass/Bandwidth is a constant.
