One year Treasury at .83%

A bit of he unusual that it jumps like this in the middle of trading day.  It did this yesterday.  The cost of cash for Congress has jumped fourfold in one year. Congress is pushing to its boundary, they have a lot of ducks to line up if they want to push the budget through the tiny rate window they have.
