PARTNER NEWS: Smartphone maker Huawei is to begin rolling out NFC mobile payments for public transport in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Beijing through Huawei Pay, which launched in China in September 2016.

When it is fixed price, at ythe counter, the two peers should negotiate a pruce, do the deal. One party gets a fulfillment. The other party gets ome digits, which it can then trade into the standard S&L.  I think pure cash does it that way, completes the deal over the shortest path.
