1) No central banks involved at all, we do not even need the Bitcoin miners network.  We can completely implement cash without involving government or central banking at all .
2) Silicon cash is completely anonymous, a person can go through if spending freely without ever revealing an identity.  Crypto keys make this possible.
3) Everything is peer to peer. Silicon secure smart cards can exchange directly with each other, unobserved.
