The subtext is that Walmart is competing against Amazon, unlike yesterday in which Target reported a bad outlook. So we are in the midst of a great industrial revolution,stepping into a version of collective autonomous inventory control. Walmart is nailing it.
In the game of fantasy industrialist, my team is kicking Jeff Bezos rear end. Walmart owes me a check.
