They suggest that America’s well-documented racial wage gap is overstated by 10% because minorities, especially men, spend larger portions of their workdays not actually working.I have experienced a good deal of life not working. I am an expert, and can indeed report that my wages went down as I not worked. The mental health benefits were outstanding.
