Has anyone seen the Cal Supreme Court rule on union contracts?

No, they haven't. 
Our Supreme Court is a union hall and they wait word from Jerry, the union boss. Quite obvious, I would like to hear Dan Walters opinion.

But, if so, then we are not even a due process state, we are beyond the pale, outside the US Constitutional overton window.
