The military is broke, having to haul around 4 trillion in military hardware made useless by drones. That would be the idiocy of small state senators in action. Saudis terrorists will soon or later get funding and revolt against the US presence.
The combination of a dufas Trump and clueless senators from small states is deadly. Our founders really fucked this up and we are a bit too stupid to correct it.
