Giving Earmarks a bad name

The money will go to pay the costs to General Electric Co.’s General Electric Aviation unit and the British-owned Rolls Royce Group for their development of an engine for the new Joint Strike Fighter aircraft—money that looks, feels, and smells very much like an earmark.A Bonehead Earmark
This is not an Earmark, this is fraudulently mismanaging the Department of Defense budget, and Earmark lovers are ashamed of this Bonehead move. What is it about Washington DC that causes Bonehead thinking? Tea Party should understand we have search bots whose only purpose is to hunt down bonehead moves in Congress.
