It is cheap to run wire, maybe a $1,000 per acre. A generator on the stationary vessel can deliver power when the farmer needs to run active flow.
The farmer has parked a permanent vessel for living, tools and generator. The collecting tanks are buoyant, floating around the farm. The entire farm is based on an anchoring system, a light weight one for the bags and heavy duty for the stationary base.
