ImagiSoft discusses financing of the I-15 Project

The I-15 project is a private utility company that operates the all digital ultra speed lane between Las Vegas and Victorville. Speed limits: Min 80 MPH max 140 MPH. All digital control.

Sell shares and open source the technology. Casino operators should form the company and hire me as CEO. Take bids for precast, high speed asphalt narrow lanes. 40 foot sections. Do deals with public BRT networks for compatibility. Get revenue sharing with federal and state right of way owners. Get commitments from bus makers and lightweight cargo haulers. Hold a trade show. Set up an asphalt casting factory, start laying lane. Test some large scale robotic carriers during construction.

Limit construction proposal:

A modular construction single I-15 ultra speed lane, terminating in upgraded BRT networks. Victorville becomes the speed transition point, reducing maximum speed to 100 MPH, but we apply the technology to all public BRT buses, they go on computer control.

Target the ultra low cost of lane construction at $3 millon/mile, shareholder financed. 180 miles, or $ 1 billion.
The U.S. Federal Highway Administration and AASHTO’s Technology and Implementation Group are championing precast concrete pavement systems (PCPSs) as part of their Highways for Life program. PCPSs fit well with the goals of the program, which are to promote construction methods that reduce traffic congestion, reduce project duration, increase safety and produce durable repairs. The system should generate $300 million/yr in lane space sales. It should garner half of all tourist and commuter traffic between Vegas and LA. The most efficient traffic system in the world.
