The Mid-Atlantic is getting clobbered

Mainly by the Pacific, according to Ceridian.  I am learning here about this index the more I look at it. Would the Pacific have reason to rise faster in an energy crunch?  Likely the cause.  The Mid-Alantic's business is government, central government.   Central government has changed with the rise of transfer payments and debt, Mid-Alantic economies will be volatile.
