We need to invent the aqua tractor

We need a John Deere of sea farming.  A pontoon based tractor, with pontoons that straddle the long algae bags.  The algae farmer can ride his aqua tractor and squeeze, jiggle, clean, repair, furl or unfurl his bags.  His pontoon tractor would serve as a work and cargo  platform for the associated farming tasks.
