Ezra fails to mention the Senate mal distribution problem

What Ezra wants is gridlock that ensures his program favorites. If the Senate problem got fixed Ezra should see a lot of federal efficiency return, but fewer of his favorite DC Goodies.
For Yglesias, the bulb is a little brighter as in this post where he gets the Senate Factory concept.

I think there is a talking point, or a no talking point about the Senate problem, a conspiracy of silence from so called social scientists.
