Nice try Charles Krauthammer but no cigar

He tries to solve the spending problem, but naturally ignores defense cuts. We know the wealthy are not going to get a free military anymore. If they refuse to pay for their goodies, then the solution is to stop some major programs. F35 and Global Hawk come to mind. It is time to gut defense.
