Yglesias, slow thinking

Yglesias wants to know the policy implications when there is large migration to Texas. The policy implication is simple: Set more of the policy in Texas where the people can have some democracy.

Yglesias cannot reach this simple conclusion because he has been trained by the Keynesians to consider DC the permanent seat of policy. Rick Perry may or may not figure this out, but the people of Texas will sure figure it out when their space systems Goodie goes away.
