Obama plans to ignore the law

Corker said negotiations faltered after the White House pushed Reid and Senate Democrats to attempt to lift the budget levels in any deal to reopen the government.
“It appeared the White House may have gotten a little involved with Senate leaders, Democratic leadership, to pull back away from the Budget Control Act,” he said.

If its OK for the Obama to press to change established law, then why is it not OK for the Republicans to do the same? Besides, I thought President Lagarde, of the IMF, was in the White House taking charge. She seems to be setting US policy.
The interesting thing is the Senate, most of us in California do not even know is exists. Here are some actual Senators, not the fake one fifthers we have in CA:
Democratic leaders have instead urged Republicans to support a clean bill to raise the debt limit and warned the stock market could plunge on Monday or Tuesday.
That would be Schumer, owned in whole by Goldman Sacks. His policy is to bubble up the market, he is a Yellen Bubbler.
Senate Democratic Whip Dick Durbin (Ill.) said, “for the United States to default on its national debt for the first time in history would be catastrophic.”
That would be Dick Durbin, a major cause of the bankruptcy of Illinois.
Republicans expressed frustration and accused Reid of slowing down the negotiations. They say there is a substantial history of the president negotiating to periodically increase the nation’s borrowing authority.
These are the chickenshit Republicans in a panic because the polls show lack of support for anything in DC.
McConnell pressed Reid to accept a six-point plan sponsored by Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine) to fund the government for six months at an annualized rate of $986 billion, raise the debt limit, make modest reforms to ObamaCare, grant federal agencies more flexibility to manage their budgets and establish a bicameral budget conference.
I would prefer a one month debt increase, to keep the bozos busy so as to prevent them from causing further harm to the nation.
Sens. Heidi Heitkamp (D-N.D.), Mark Pryor (D-Ark.), Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.), Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) and Angus King (Maine), an independent who caucuses with Democrats, signed it.
These are the boneheads that expect California to pay their bills.
“It appeared the White House may have gotten a little involved with Senate leaders, Democratic leadership, to pull back away from the Budget Control Act,” he said.
Getting Obama to spend more is like getting water to run downhill.
Republicans say Reid imperiled a possible deal when he pushed to raise funding levels above the caps set by the 2011 Budget Control Act.
Reid is from Nevada, we generally do not expect much from those folks, after all, they elected Reid.
Senate Budget Committee Chairwoman Patty Murray (D-Wash.) told Collins on the Senate floor Saturday that her plan was unacceptable because it would lock in sequestration.
Patty Murray was ready to accept the Clinton policy on New Years Eve, so was Rand Paul. What turned the gal around was the threat from Jerry Brown that the Congress cannot step on his taxable wages, they belong to California. Now Patty thinks she has a promise from Jerry Brown that California poor people will pay for Washington state federal goodies.
“The dispute has been how to undo the sequester,” Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) said on "Face the Nation" on CBS on Sunday, explaining that Democrats want a mix of entitlement reforms and revenue increases.
Schumer, one of the most corrupt and harmful politicians of all time, a real nitwit and liar.
