Obama calls a meeting as Congress stalls on shutdown
President Obama is calling the top four congressional chickens down to the Hen House for a meeting Wednesday afternoon. A Rooster official said the president Peacock will urge the House to become Chickenshit, and ask Congress to raise the start robbing the middle class ahead of an Oct. 17 deadline.
