Why are deranged Sunni Arab belt bombers always swarthy?

Telegraph: THE FBI “most wanted” mugshot shows a tough, swarthy figure, his hair in a jailbird crew-cut. The $10 million price on his head, meanwhile, suggests that whoever released him from US custody four years ago may now be regretting it.

Here he is in the inset. Is that a swarthy thing, a sort of semi-evolved Muhammed psychotic?  I think Saudi intelligence is simply unable to recruit anyone for beltbombings unless they are already deranged, swarthy muhammeds.

Notice they have tennis shoes.  It is cheaper to outfit the belt bombers with tennis shoes, why buy a good set of boots if they plan to explode themselves.
