Can Trump stop the Republican deficit machine?

Here I have changed sign on the deficit, so the line goes up whe  deficits increase. For example, Obama inherited the Bush deficit of 10% of GDP, the highest deficit on the chart.

As we see, democrats reduce the deficit, Republicans increase it. And we see Obama reduced the deficit at the fastest rate of any president over the  monetary cycle.

No Republican has ever reduced the defict, ever, over the whole monetary cycle. That makes Republicans responsible for 19 Trillion in  federal debt. A debt to GDP over 100%? That is the reason we have low growth.
