The All Writs Act?

The act permits a judge to issue an enforceable order to comply upon the judges request!  Only in situations where the request is from a government agency, and no law or statute applies. A law passed by Congress, in 1789.

The Supreme Court and all courts established by Act of Congress may issue all writs necessary or appropriate in aid of their respective jurisdictions and agreeable to the usages and principles of law.

Looks like illegal search and seizure to me, how did it pass court review?

The writ is broad, and enforceable; meaning the federal marshals will  enter, confine, and seize; legalized kidnapping. Remember the writ is applied to a third party who may have nothing to do with the original situation.   Clearly an unconstitutional power granted to the judges, since Congress never had that power to begin with, it is limited by basic rights.

They are going after Tim Cook, Tim was not involved with any of the shootings.   Tim should take it to the Supremes.  But here is the problem, the Supremes ain't got brains, seriously.  It will not have brains for some time, Sotomayor  She badly fumbled a due process ruling. and got over turned by the Supremes the day she was confirmed!  That group is your basic liberal quota system, and none of these bozos could possibly deal with this kind of gross error.   Seriously, why was this not noticed before?  Its like, Magic Walrus, obviously bogus.

Tim Cook, se requiere modificar el Iphone por lo que el FBI puede descifrar los mensajes. Tim no tenía nada que ver con el propietario del teléfono Hay una cuestión constitucional, una convulsión puede ordenar el juez de un tercero, que no participan?
