Probably taken in Californa where Asians lined up in hordes for their unchecked vote. Politicians know the intelligence of the scam, they invented it. Just enough of a scam to get past Nancy's little Brown people.
Compare the intelligence of the scam to the intelligence in the voting queue. Politicians never had a chance. Just looking at these people, surely they have the brains to decode the scam.
