Disruptive to the end

Trump Kicks COVID Bill Back To Congress; Demands $2,000 Stimulus, Shreds Lawmakers Over Mountain Of Pork

A Godotist, wants to end earmark sharing.
But I already spent m $600. This guy is even more badly advised than Pelosi. But I think the vote count overrides a pocket veto.

Liquifying earmarks is harder than we thought:
Failure to either pass another stopgap bill or override a possible Trump veto of the legislation could result in a partial government shutdown. The threat by the outgoing Republican president, who has less than a month left in office, throws into turmoil a bipartisan effort in Congress to provide help for people whose lives have been upended by the pandemic.

We have Godot at the top, and otherwise we likely would have had Bernie the Godot.  Then Nancy who is the earmark pro does not trust revenue sharing. And repub senators do not trust governors. Amid all these contradictions we still have folks out there who thin government multipliers are 1.5.

Anyway, we have the classic hyperbolic discounting. Would you take six hundred today, or trust Congress to go one more round in one week?

Let's wait! Fire up the earmarks committees one more time:

Pelosi responds to Trump: Let's push for $2K checks 'this week'

My conflict of interest is that I don't trust this thing for one more week. I am tending to want hyperbolic discounting.
