Hoarding oil

There's a lot of unused oil stored up around the world - and Saldanha Bay is part of the picture

And a lot of it.  Oil vaults makes the life of a petro banker difficult. I suspect oil prices will be around 60 for some time to come.  Thus little inflation for Jay.
