The NSA keeps their own doors open and their interior network is out of control allowing things like Solar Winds breech. I have made the point about secure personal ID many times, but the NSA still digs in their heels and the legislatures are too stupid to understand the connection. Personal Secure ID allows data access to be monitored with provable security.
