The distribution of states is not centered, this will result in a flurry of earmarks in the Senate, and that results in a flurry of pile on in the House.  The circle will not round until the House and Senate come to an institutional agreement abut the scale problem, they have to create a middle.

Otherwise, I suggest a dis union as I cannot see the Constitution holding together with a make shit up judges. The alternative is that we just ignore the law and hide from the sheriff when they come for our property because of some make shit up ruling.  We have that problem in spades n California where the lawyers get continuing free passes to sue whoever they want.

Seriously, do we think Kavanaugh has the brains to figure out something new? We are dealing with 250 years of unresolved issues, I doubt a college kid will fix the mess.

My Covid beleifs

I believed this corona was like the others and likely minimized to Asia.

So I read the news but basically ignored it as I had no opinion.  Then I began to read the technical literate and discovered the vaccine is not the solution, the severe allergic reaction in a small proportion of the population was the problem.

I let my search engine to the thinking, and it worked. One can actually drill down and find out what is happening.

Then I discovered economic modelers using Markov theory to find equilibriums and was astounded, wonderfully elated that some one can actually find likely equilibrium conditions. And that led me back to work a little more on self sampling systems. Now I want the text book written so we do not have to deal with the flat earth society.

Now we have the piling on problem and cannot distinguish the path to normality, we are spending time in a one color system with no path back. We will have the meeting of the elders,  slightly sooner than expected.

Ten years of flat earthers and all we did was another round around the loop. We cannot continue the ignorance.

My second objection is what does a vaccine do? It does not eliminate the virus, it lets the virus survive in our bodies without symptoms. This is not polio, the probability for wiping it out is slim. This is the same virus  family as the common cold, they tell me.

You have a bigger Constitutional issue.

The Federals cannot legally single out and differentiate states. They can only engage in interstate commerce regulation.  So, there is no such thing as bailing out the states except by dividing the dough by 50.    The Federals can provide municipal aid direct to municipalities as part of interstate commerce.

I suggest Slate get better brains on the task.

I doubt a life long flat earther is going to solve this problem. Most of the good models are non-relativistic, they solve the internal constraints and leave time out of the picture. The models that work use the three colored circle that I have describe over on the right in this blog.  That model is now the standard, and it closes the circle.  I have read these models, they work, they are simply the standard two color sandbox S/L trading pit, Really the three color central banking trading pit, as they include a third party, the triadic response, they move up the Markov one level.
