Folks in a crowded line or assault. You decide

It looks to me that the perp was just crowding up in line to stay even with his boss. I do not see how a crowded line of people jostling is an assault. If so then look closely and in each quadrant  you will see at least one battery.  This has to be the case, it is self adjusting statistics, and this system will show compression events, where two people overlap, show a bit of elasticity.
