My reactor consists of long, wide transparent plasic bags that float along tropical coastal waters. Maybe 4 meters wide, three deep, 500 meters long. They float in the warm sea water, rolling the bags over getting sunlight, and local filteres water from the sea. The squeeze ships come by every few days and sqeeze algae goo out of the bags. We harest 400 acres at a time. Go for 40,000 gllons per acre per year.
Design the farms for robots, using anchors and strong bouys to mount roller moters and keep bags slowly turning, and robotic squeegy machines, pipe in what feterlizers you need, pipe out aglae goo. You feed it electricity and fertilizer, and it returns tons of algae goo.
