Thomas Donnely, Misguided War talk

Another apologist for the Reagan crowd wants to exempt the military from budget cuts.  We would be better off not istening to the Weekly Standard as they go warring to make the world safe for whatever cause they currently support.  So, cut the military, and warn young men and women that the military is not safe as long as Thomas Donnely and the do gooders are ranting.
