It is mostly a result of the Lucas switch of the first two Phi modes, the Higgs mechanism. The switch created the bubble that does not have an exchange, otherwise known as mass. It segments the modes. That hop from the top row of Wythoff array made hyperbolics. But story is not complete.
Anyway, mass is trapped light, a tiny black hole that partitions the modes of compression. Sinh(0) = 0, and cosh(0) = 1. The exchange stops. It is mostly about spectrum segmentation. That is why we have spin.
