Since Walmart does not take cash payment, on-liner, I cannot order the bike tubes I want. So I buy the patch kit, then open it. patches should just fall out of the packing, they do not. The packaging is stuck to the patchrd
So I get the packaging off one side of the patch, and assume that is the side sticking to the tire. It would have helped if they tested ythe patches once in a while.
Why does this happen? It is foreign manufacturing by duplication, no market interaction with the user. The CEO of the manufacturer has no clue that after time his packaging sticks to the patches making them useless
