The Italian referendum failed, I would expect a dollar jump

Italy has a bank collapse problem, way too many non performing loans.  Time sequence, where the borrows can hide in wait, then default in mass. It is happening a bit, and investors flee to safety, and we get an unnecessary  jump in the dollar. What can save us?  Me, my near prefect record of prediction failure.
