Chicago hits grim milestone of 700 murders for 2016 and the year's not over

Chicago cannot support an additional 100 cops while sending a billion dollars a year to Florida retirees. The side affect here is a mass migration to Los Angeles, and the homeless camps. No one plans to invest in Illinois with that retirement liability.
