Disasters raise interest charges

WASHINGTON The House is poised Thursday — over the fierce objections of conservatives — to pass a $36.5 billion emergency package to help states and U.S. territories ravaged by a series of hurricanes and wildfires that have killed dozens and destroyed thousands of homes. 

 Trumpster says this is the first of the installments.  If the three installments are in the same range then we add 100 billion to the deficit over three years.   So, we can forget tax reform, just move on and see if we can pay the charges or default.
