Using Sandbox rules.
We want an extremely accurate peg to the dollar, less than 5 basis points works fine. So we have a large tradebooks, two color, rank is high, like twelve or more. Transactions times through the exchange a bit long, and fees will likely be used to keep bit error < .05.
But, the tradebook is observable, equally by all. Trading bots will be limited to a simple evaluation, the savings from trading in virtual dollars vs the fee needed to guarantee the observable bit error. No human need be involved, it is the same matching algorithm all two color. The supporting banks would all be happy, it is fair, observable and accurate. It is a set of bots operating independently from the same trade book with a verifiable pit boss using an error process less than .05, guaranteed by Intel hardware security standard.
So, Intel owes me a check, so does Microsoft..
